Should you need to request a cancellation, please reach out to our Customer Service team via email within 24 hours of placing your order, and we'll make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an item has been produced or shipped, cancellation becomes unfeasible.

For items returned to us, we adhere to the following guidelines to ensure a smooth and satisfactory process:

A. Items must be in resalable condition, free from scratches and defects.

B. Installation of the item must not have occurred.

C. The original manufacturer's box and packaging must be intact.

D. All pieces must be present and undamaged.

F. Items marked as clearance, liquidation, or closeout are not eligible for return.

Upon meeting these criteria, you'll receive a full refund for the cost of the merchandise; however, please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
