Are the paintings 100% handmade?
Of course! All paintings are 100% handmade by our artists, entirely free from mechanical printing. We only use premium oil and acrylic paints.

If you buy your painting with a frame, it will arrive framed to your doorstep.

Is the painting ready to be hung?
If you purchase the framed/frameless option, we will provide the hooks for easy hanging upon receipt. The painting can be hung either horizontally or vertically according to your preference.

Where can I find assembly instructions?
A copy of the assembly instructions is included with every product package that requires assembly. You can also contact our customer service via email to obtain a PDF version of the manual.
About Shipping
How long will my order be delivered?
Our artists will start the painting process after we receive your order. Normal it takes 7-14 working days to paint, and another 3-7 working days to ship by DHL/Fedex/Ups. Tracking number will be sent to your email inbox when available.
How much is shipping cost?
Shipping is free, regardless of destination. No hidden costs.
Returns & Exchange
Do you offer free returns?
Yes, we are delighted to offer a 30-day free return policy. We'll provide repaid return label for you to download and print. No additional fees, no hassle. Please note that customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
What if l receive a damaged product?
All the artworks will be packaged with a professional wooden crate. which is a sturdy, custom-built wooden box designed to protect valuable or fragile items during transportation. These crates are reinforced with additional padding and supports to ensure the safe delivery. If the painting is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately with pictures of the damage, we'll make a replacement for free or issue a full refund.
What if l am unsatisfied with my purchase?
We commit to providing customers with a comfortable and safe purchasing experience. If you are not satisfied with your painting, we will process your return/exchange request as long as you contact us within 30 days of receipt.
