Warranty Policy

We only use premuim materials to craft the painting, so we are confident to offer 1 year warranty for our products.

 

Within 1 year, if there is any issues or questions about the product, please contact us at support@homemural.com with the pictures and the videos of the problems you are having. We will reply the emails within 12 hours, and provide our solutions for the issues you are having.

 

Any discoloration or fading happens within 1 year, we'll give you a new replacement for free or issue a full refund.

 

Note: Damages caused by improper use, man-made damages or natural disasters are all not covered by our warranty policy.

 

After 1 year, we still provide technical support to help you to solve the issues, but you will need to pay for the replacement and the technical support.
