Definition

The Seller is the website owner - the person who receives the purchase order.

Buyer means the person or organization placing an order.

Goods or services are products ordered by a buyer from a seller.

 

Pay

All payments are due upon completion of the order. If payment is not received or the payment method is declined, the product order will not be placed and no merchandise will be shipped. The buyer loses title to any item due to non-payment. We accept most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover,Diners club and American Express.

 

Transportation Policy

All products ship free. If an item is lost in transit, the seller will refund the total cost of the item. Shipping costs may increase if shipping internationally or expediting orders. Seller will take all reasonable steps to ensure that the services or materials it provides to Buyer are protected against loss, damage or destruction.

Refund/Return Policy

The buyer is entitled to a refund or return if he notifies the seller within 30 days of the purchase date. Buyers must contact sellers via email at support@homemural.com or through the customer account page on the website where returns can be processed. Not all items are returnable.

Eliminate

Orders may be canceled before payment is processed. Buyer is responsible for payment after payment is processed.

 

Complaint

Any complaints about an item or seller should be directed to our support team. Please email: support@homemural.com. Resolution is not guaranteed. Each case will be viewed individually and the seller will contact you.

 

Legality

The seller is not responsible for any health issues after the buyer receives the goods or services. Seller is not responsible for any damage caused to items purchased by buyer.

Any dispute arising out of the use of this website shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the website owner resides.
