Delivery time:
- All our orders must be processed before shipment, so the total delivery time is divided into two parts: order processing time and shipping time.
- Delivery time = order processing time + shipping time
- Order processing time: about 7-14 working days
Creating time: 7 days to be hand-painted by professional artist. The work you ordered was created by the artist of the original painting.

Checklist:
- All package is intact
- Please make sure the items you received is correct according to the delivery note.
- Please contact us in time if there is any breakage or damage about your package before you sign for.
- Please do not discard the package until you are sure there is nothing wrong with it.
Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your shipment. You can track your order through the carrier's website. Please contact our customer service if you have problems with tracking.
Shipping Delay:
Sometime although we would like to have the order delivered as soon as possible, but please note there maybe some delays due to force majeure factors. Such as extreme weather, customs inspections, or other factors. please contact us via email support@homemural.com, we will check the situation with the transportation company in time. Thanks for your understanding and support. Don't worry, we'll take care of your problem as soon as possible.
The Shipping address:
We apologize that the P.O.Boxes and military addresses(APO, FPO)can not be delivered. Please make sure your shipping address is correct when you place an order. Of course you can contact us before shipping if you need to modify the shipping address. Otherwise, you will need to bear the loss of shipping costs (the specific cost is determined according to the weight of the goods and the shipping address)
