Exchange and refund policy


Homemural is committed to providing customers with a comfortable and safe purchasing experience. If you are not satisfied with your mural purchase, we will process your return/exchange request as long as you contact us within 30 days of receipt. Any requests after 30 days will not be honored. Please be sure to contact us via email (support@homemural.com) first.

Cancel order


If your mural order has not shipped, you may cancel your mural order by contacting us at support@homemural.com. After cancellation, you will receive your refund within 1-3 business days. Mural orders cannot be canceled once the package has been shipped.

About the exchange:

  • If our mural are damaged during shipping, we kindly ask customers to provide photographic evidence of the mural. Additionally, we will replace damaged mural for the same order for you.
  • If you receive a different type of mural (color, size, etc.) than the one you purchased on our website, we apologize for the inconvenience and will expedite shipping of the correct ordered mural to you at no additional cost.

Product damage:


If any mural part is damaged during shipping or any defect is discovered during installation, we will replace the part free of charge. However, no refunds will be given due to damage/loss caused by the customer.

General return process:

  • To initiate a return: Please email support@homemural.com with photos and/or videos of the mural and let us know your order number.
  • Returns: If your return meets the following criteria, we will provide you with a return label and notify UPS or Fedex for pickup.
  • Refund or Exchange: When we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item within 1-3 business days and provide an exchange or refund.

Return and exchange conditions:

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • Mural must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • The mural is in its original packaging, complete with shade and all parts.
  • All mural must be in the same condition as when you received them, without wear or use.

Items that are not returnable:

  • Special offer mural or gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Custom mural are non-refundable.
  • No refunds will be given for damage/loss caused by the customer.

Return shipping costs:


If the return is due to a problem on our part (e.g. incorrect mural,mural quality issue, sent to wrong address), we will be responsible for shipping costs and provide you with a full refund;
If the return is due to buyer's problem (eg: didn't like/want the mural, ordered the wrong mural/size, provided an incorrect or incomplete postal address), the buyer is responsible for shipping (return shipping to the US) The fee is generally $50-$200 (depending on product size) and will be refunded to the amount you paid at the time of purchase.

Refund:

  • After your return is received and inspected. If eligible for return, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment within 1-3 business days.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take several business days to reflect in your account.
  • If you don't receive your refund within 1-3 business days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company. Official refunds may take some time. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@homemural.com.
